Run 17 Km or 7 km & 10 Km for two runner Teams, Cycle 30 km, Kayak 6 Km Start in Cathedral Square run up Colombo St over Rapaki Track to Lyttleton. Cycle from Lyttleton to Kerrs Reach, kayak from Kerrs Reach to the Town Hall. Same course as the AMP race used.
